Children’s Book Reading with Author Becky Scharnhorst!

Celebrate back-to-school (and maybe even calm some nervous jitters) with a school-themed children’s story time featuring My School Stinks and This Field Trip Stinks!

At 1 PM on Saturday, August 27, children’s author Becky Scharnhorst will be at the store to read two of her books, sign copies, and chat! A real animal lover, she often writes funny books that feature animal characters which are great for school-age kids, AND kids with a love of pets and wildlife! 

After graduating from Luther College, Becky spent many years living in Story City and Des Moines, so let’s show her our support. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet the author and get a special look at her books!
