Welcome to Your Best Self Book Club, where we read and discuss nonfiction books geared toward living and working to our highest potential! This club is facilitated by a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in personal growth and professional development, and even those who haven’t read the book will still be able to fully participate in the conversation.

At our next meeting, we’ll examine The Well-Lived Life by Gladys McGarey.

Dr. Gladys McGarey, cofounder of the American Holistic Medical Association, began her medical practice at a time when women couldn’t even have their own bank accounts.
